Mike’s vision for the District Clerk’s office is clear by reopening the crucial passport offices that have been closed for over three years, returning over one million dollars to Collin County’s general fund and processing over 40,000 passports each calendar year. Mike will lead the office in integrating systems that allow for reduced filing and wait times for the courts, attorneys and citizens and ensure that cyber security remains at the forefront of technology growth.
